Do you ever say to yourself, “I should be able to handle this better” or “I want to make this relationship work, but I don’t know how”? Or maybe you say, “I feel so stuck” or “I feel hopeless. I can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.” Depression, anxiety, and relationship problems often threaten our mental health when everyday stressors of life become overwhelming. Trauma and crisis can compound the struggle to survive and to thrive. We can all benefit from having a neutral party come along side us at times to help us navigate our struggles. As a professional counselor, I offer empathy and compassion, and am committed to helping you work toward a more satisfying way to experience life and relationships.

Our experiences in life affect how we think, how we act, and even our health. How we experience life determines what we think about ourselves, other people, and even God. And how we think influences our behavior and our relationships. Ultimately, our physical and mental health are impacted. My passion is to see people grow towards their potential. As a counselor, I love to help people discover what it is that keeps them captive to such things as depression or anxiety or unable to experience satisfying relationships. And I love to see them empowered with new skills and tools that enable them to walk more confidently and engage in fulfilling relationships.
